The method you mention also sounds a little bit like what is these days applied in the &quot;lean startup&quot; methodology. Have you heard of that?</description>

I just saw a &quot;TED&quot; video clip yesterday on the marketing concept behind a recent Greenpeace Project (they let the public name a whale they were using for a project) It went so far in directions GP never conceptualized. But they had to be willing to &quot;let go&quot; of their control and it morphed into all sorts of things much bigger than they would have had they ironed it all out in advance. GP ideas would not have matched the tidal wave of ideas or the enthusiasm where the public took it. This is fascinating to me.</description>
